Description of Services

The Family Resource Center serves as a model for partnering between government and not-for-profits. Funded by a Small Cities Community Development Grant to the Town of Hoosick, the Town constructed the building on Town land, and partnered with the Commission on Economic Opportunity (CEO) to provide educational and family-related programs to area families and individuals at the site.

Following CEO’s mission of hope, opportunity and success, the Family Resource Center offers Head Start, Early Head Start, Universal Pre-K, Teen Age Opportunity Program, Child and Family Services, and nutrition and health services.
